General questions

We have a policy of not disclosing our customers to others. This is partially by our wish, but also as a direct request for this from some of the largest companies here in the UK. However, if we did disclose our customers to you we guarantee that you have heard of most of the larger ones, from massive fast food, through pub chains, to high street retail and many more.

We do in fact supply over 40 industries here in the UK.

We have references available (thousands) so do ask us for those.

As the leading manufacturer and patent holder worldwide of on-site wireless paging systems our service is second to none. The reasons are simple, dealing with distributors and dealers with warranty repairs costs them money. But in the case of a manufacturer you cut out the middle man - and we offer a new for old warranty for up to 3 years which is extendable upon request. No other company offers this warranty level and support.

Our pager systems typically don't need a license, but if you need any products that we make that do need a license then we will tell you first.

Furthermore, we can manage that license for you so its a no hassle issue and with licenses costing around £70.00 for five years its cheap too.

We sell systems to customers on an outright purchasing method. What that means is that you will own the equipment with no on going rental charges. Our only areas of charges are maintenance, SMS texts and some reporting for specialist services we offer.
Absolutely. We have more references for each industry that we supply than we can handle. We have received virtually zero bad references on over 10 years here in the UK so please do ask about our references anytime.
